Yes. Entrust's Printer Dashboard is designed to let you see status, order supplies, check cleaning status, update firmware, and contact help from a mobile device.
Entrust lists Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2019/2022 for the printer driver. For Entrust "Instant ID as a Service", they list browser support including Chrome (preferred), Edge/Internet Explorer, and Safari.
Common options include YMCKT full-colour ribbon kits (500 prints) and monochrome black ribbons (often 1,500 prints), plus other specialty ribbon types depending on your needs.
Entrust recommends cleaning each time you change the ribbon or every 500 cards, and replacing the cleaning roller each time you change the ribbon. If you see colour or white lines on cards, they recommend cleaning the printhead.
