Operational Governance & Continuity
As a privately owned New Zealand company, ID Solutions operates with direct leadership oversight and clear accountability.
To ensure continuity of service, we utilise structured digital job management systems that allow team members to manage and track client requests efficiently. This supports consistent service delivery and reduces operational risk.
We also operate a four-day working week to promote staff wellbeing and long-term workforce retention. This contributes to stable service capability and sustained organisational knowledge.
Returns Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products. If an item is faulty or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
For printed and custom items, returns are accepted only if the product is defective. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect information supplied by the customer, or approved artwork errors.
Any concerns must be raised within a reasonable time of receiving the goods. Proof of purchase may be required.
