Do you charge for artwork setup?

Yes. While our quotes are obligation-free, design work is not. Any time spent creating artwork, proofs, or design files will incur a charge.

How long will our cards take to be couriered to us once they are ordered?

If your order is placed before midday, it will be sent by courier the same day. In most cases, even orders received after midday are also dispatched the same day. Small packages usually arrive the next working day to both the North and South Island, although courier companies do not guarantee overnight service.

Do you print Personal ID?

No. We are not authorised to print Personal ID that can be used as an official form of identification.

What price will our ongoing ID cards be?

Our ID card pricing is based on your first bulk order. That price then applies for the following year and is reviewed annually.

Can I create my template online?

No. You cannot add or edit templates online.

What are the ongoing charges?

Any time a template is altered or edited, there is a minimum charge of $50.00 + GST.

How many users can our company have?

As many as your company requires. However, we recommend keeping this to as few as possible - in most cases, one user is sufficient.

Is there an ongoing cost for more users?

There are no ongoing charges for additional users. However, there is a one-off admin charge of $50.00 + GST for each extra user added.

Are you a promotional products company?

No. We are not a general promotional products company and do not supply the thousands of items offered by specialist suppliers. Instead, we provide a small, carefully chosen range - such as printed lanyards and wristbands - that directly supports our identification and event solutions.

Can we order cards online?

Yes. You can order ID cards online through our IDSnap platform. This makes it quick and easy to manage staff or member cards, with secure access and a simple ordering process.

Do you offer eco-friendly card options?

Yes. We offer BIO-PVC cards, which are designed to break down more easily in landfill conditions. We also supply sustainable lanyard options for organisations with environmental goals.

Can we see a sample before placing a bulk order?

Almost always, samples are provided digitally. This allows you to review and approve the design before production.

Do you provide support if our printer or system has issues?

Yes. We provide ongoing support for all ID printers and systems purchased from us. Warranty support for Entrust printers is supplied directly by Entrust. Please note that all printers must be returned to base for maintenance or warranty repairs, which are carried out in the North Island.
