Do you charge for artwork setup?

Yes, we do. While our quotes are obligation free, our designers time is not. You will be charged for any design, proofs and artwork created

How long will our cards take to be couriered to us once they are ordered?

If the cards are ordered before midday, they will be sent out for courier the same day. However, most orders are sent the same day even when they arrive after midday.

Do you print Personal ID?

No, we are not authorised to print any Personal ID to use as a form of ID.

What price will our ongoing ID cards be?

Your cards are generally priced on the first "bulk order" and that price is reviewed after a year.

Can I create my template online?

Unfortunately, you cannot add or edit your template/s online.

What are the ongoing charges?

Any time the template is altered or edited there is a minimum charge of $50.00 + GST.

How many users can our company have?

As many as your company requires. We recommend as little as possible and generally, one user is sufficient.

Is there an ongoing cost for more users?

There are no ongoing charges for more users but there are one-off admin charges of $50 + GST for each extra user.
