Yes. While our quotes are obligation-free, design work is not. Any time spent creating artwork, proofs or design files will incur a charge.
Orders placed before midday are normally sent by courier the same day. In many cases, orders received after midday are also dispatched that day. Small packages usually arrive on the next working day in both the North and South Islands, although courier companies do not guarantee overnight delivery.
No. We are not authorised to print personal identification that could be used as an official form of identification.

Yes. We offer BIO-PVC cards, which are designed to break down more readily under suitable landfill conditions. We also supply sustainable lanyard options for organisations with environmental goals.
In most cases, samples are supplied digitally. This allows you to review and approve the design before production begins.
Yes. We provide ongoing support for ID printers and systems purchased from us. Warranty support for Entrust printers is supplied directly by Entrust. Printers must be returned to base for maintenance or warranty repairs, which are carried out in the North Island.
Our ID card pricing is based on your first bulk order. That price then applies for the following year and is reviewed annually.
No. Templates cannot currently be added or edited online.
Whenever a template is altered or edited, a minimum charge of $50.00 plus GST applies.
Your company can have as many users as required. However, we recommend keeping the number as low as practical. In many cases, one user is sufficient.
There is no ongoing charge for additional users. A one-off administration charge of $50.00 plus GST applies for each extra user added.
