ID Works and IDCentre Legacy Software

ID Works and IDCentre are older Entrust card issuance software products. These legacy platforms are no longer part of Entrust’s current software range, which now focuses on Entrust Instant ID and Instant ID as a Service.

Support Status

Entrust ended sales of ID Works and IDCentre on 31 March 2021, with end of support and end of service following on 31 March 2022. While some older downloads and plug-ins may still be available online, these products are no longer supported on current platforms.

Limited Help Still Available

ID Solutions may still be able to provide limited help with legacy setups, including general advice, older driver or plug-in guidance, and migration advice where practical. This help is limited and depends on your software version, operating system, printer model, and existing setup.
