Terms & Conditions

Orders

All custom printed orders must be confirmed by returning a completed copy of our sign off form.

Ownership

Ownership of all items remains with ID Solutions until payment has been made in full

Artwork Policy

We have an in-house graphic designer to help guide you with your artwork & layout.
While our quotes are obligation-free, our designers time is not. You will be charged for any design, proofs and artwork created. If your job is cancelled, we reserve the right to charge you for all the design work incurred.

Trading Terms

We accept payment by either Visa, Mastercard or deposit directly into our bank account

New Accounts

In most cases, for new customers, we require payment in advance. After 2 orders we will send you our credit application form to open an account, the terms of which are paid in full, on the 20th of the month following invoicing.

This does not apply to

New Zealand Government agencies, Local bodies and schools using a purchase order system.

We expect all accounts to be paid on the due date and reserve the right to hold further supply of goods until the account is brought up to date.

Default Accounts

Our policy with unpaid accounts is to pass the debt to a collection agency after 60 days, and all recovery costs will be added to the outstanding amount.

Over or underruns

All orders are subject to a 3% over or underrun and will be billed accordingly.

Shipping

In most cases, we will send your order with either New Zealand Couriers or Peter Baker Transport and charge you on a cost-recovery basis.

 

Cancellation of Custom Orders

Once we receive a confirmation to go ahead and commit to a delivery date, we are not able to cancel the order.

We do not accept responsibility for goods lost or delayed by the courier or held up by New Zealand Customs

Artwork Fees

If artwork is in an incorrect format, artwork charges may apply. Some minor artwork changes may be done at no cost. Please check with us and we will be happy to let you know if there will be any extra charges.
 

Colours

The colours of the items pictured on our website are only indicative. If you require exact colour matching, we use the Pantone or YMCKO colour matching system.

Claims or Returns

Custom products

If you are not satisfied with the goods supplied, you must let us know within 14 days of receiving them. Claims will only be accepted where there is a fault in the product supplied or an error in the printing.

Stock products

We will accept the return of stock items within 14 days of delivery, however, a restocking fee and courier charges will apply.
