Large Format ID Cards for Events, Stadiums and Staff Access
Large format ID cards are ideal when standard credit card sized photo ID is too small. These oversized PVC cards are easy to see from a distance and are well suited to stadiums, events, contractors, security staff, media passes, temporary access and health and safety information.
ID Solutions prints large format plastic ID cards using UV print technology. UV inks are cured directly onto the card surface, creating a hard, durable finish that is highly resistant to handling, moisture and everyday wear. Popular sizes include 78mm x 108mm and 95mm x 140mm. Cards can include photos, names, job titles, ID numbers, barcodes, QR codes, access levels and optional reverse-side safety information.

Printing and Personalisation Options
Full Colour UV Print
UV printing produces sharp, vibrant full colour results on plastic cards. The ink cures quickly under UV light, helping create a tough, long-lasting printed surface.
Variable Data
Personalise each card with names, photos, ID numbers, access levels, QR codes, barcodes and issue or expiry dates.
Slot Punch Option
A centred elongated slot can be added for use with lanyards, clips and other card wearing accessories.

The pricing below is a guide for full colour CMYK UV digital print on large format plastic cards. The first row is the base print price. Items under Add Extras are charged in addition to the base price. Prices exclude GST and courier. Artwork and Setup
To help us set up your large format ID cards, please send a mock-up showing where you would like the logo, photo, text, barcode, QR code and any rear-side information placed.
Preferred artwork formats include AI, EPS, PSD, PDF or high resolution JPG files. The UV print process uses CMYK inks, so exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed.

- Tell us whether you need one side or two sides printed.
- Confirm if each card has variable data such as names, photos or QR codes.
- Let us know if a centred slot hole is required.
