process) number of colours.

If necessary we are able
to redraw unsuitable or incomplete files. Our
charges for redrawing artwork are modest, and in most cases range
between $25 and $45.
Please provide PMS
(Pantone) colours, for print colours, and lanyard
fabric colours for orders of 500+
Set up charge
ID Solutions has a
policy of avoiding hidden costs or charges,
which
mean you only pay for the lanyard. We will not charge to set up your
printed lanyard order.
Confirmation of
order
When you place an order
with us we will email you a confirmation sheet,
this contains all the specifications, artwork layout and details of
your order. Please check this carefully and when you are satisfied that
all the
details are correct, sign and date the form and fax it back to us on
07) 574 7565.
We are unable to proceed with any order until we have received your
signed and faxed confirmation.

Regrettably we are unable
to accept returns on custom printed
lanyards,
unless due to a fault in the manufacturing.
