colour, highly durable PVC ID cards for your business, club, activity or rewards programme. Orders

Membership Cards & Loyalty Cards

In the past high set up costs have been a barrier to many organisations and clubs trying to offer their
members or clients cards of a professional standard. ID Solutions membership and loyalty cards are
of a quality previously only the domain of the largest of clubs and organisations. We are able to cater
for organisations requiring runs as small as 100 cards right through to 100 000 + cards.

Thermal Print

Thermal printing is a one colour print on a coloured card. This process is best suited to small runs up to 1500 cards. Pricing includes card personalisation or bar coding if required. Great for clubs, Bars, Restaurants.

There is a one off template set-up fee.

Stock card colours available: gold, silver, red, blue, black, yellow, white and in fluro, pink, orange and lime green.
Also available - Hi-Co magnetic stripe cards, stock colours available: silver, gold and white (as shown).

Dye-sub printing

Dye sublimation printing is a flexible system offering full colour printing on white cards. It is best suited to runs of up to 1000 cards. Pricing includes personalisation or bar coding if required. There is a one off template set-up fee.

Artwork: for this process we don't need to worry about a "bleed".
Please size artwork to fit 1013 x 638 pixels or ask us for information.

Offset Printing

The Offset process produces full colour cards of the very highest quality. Offset printing is ideally suited to Loyalty and Membership cards quantities of 1000 + cards. Our pricing includes template set up and full colour print on both sides.

Artwork: Please supply CMYK artwork files.

Bleeds	If you want your image to extend to the edge of the card, a bleed of no less than 1.5mm should be used.
Document Size	Our standard card size is 85.77mm X 54mm. Artwork image size not less than 87mmX55.5mm.
150 Line Screen	Recommend for using 300 DPI for art work.

Key Tags

Key Tags are a great new product. They are 1/3 of the size of a credit card and are excellent
for; gym & video memberships, loyalty tags and VIP Cards. Key tags have a pre punched
hole on the side which is great for attaching to a split ring or a set of keys.

We also stock the split rings and adaptors (shown below). These can be used together or
separately. The key tag adaptors are great as they protect the card from being damaged
or ripped near the pre punched hole.

Card thickness: 0.76mm
Individual card size: 54.02mm x 28.59mm
Key tags come in a card of 3 and can be snapped into single cards when purchased.
